A WOMAN accused of helping a murder suspect has appeared in court.
Beverley Hardman, aged 25, of Caverleigh Close, Daubhill, is charged with helping murder accused Daniel Crompton to evade police.
Crompton, aged 24, of no fixed address, is charged with murdering Frank Worsley during an incident at the alleged victim’s home in Longfield Road, Daubhill, in the early hours of August 3.
He died weeks later. Crompton will stand trial for murder, which he denies, on March 4.
Hardman will stand trial on May 19 for a charge of assisting an offender. The case was adjourned at Manchester Crown Court yesterday.
