EACH week police appeal to readers of The Bolton News for help tracing wanted criminals.

Police are continuing to search for Andrew Rutter, aged 28, who has been at large since January 28 after fleeing part way through a trial where he faced a charge of causing grievous bodily harm to his nine-month-old son.

He was convicted and jailed for six-and-a-half years in his absence. A warrant has been issued for Rutter’s arrest.

James Muldoon, aged 29, is wanted on recall to prison after breaching terms of his licence. He was sentenced for assault. He has links to Tonge Fold.

A 26-year-old woman charged with theft is wanted on a court warrant. Vanda Evans failed to appear before Chorley magistrates on February 6.

Police are trying to trace David Petrovics, aged 19, for an allegation of assault at Spar in Chorley Old Road, Bolton on December 11 last year.

Anyone with information about the suspects can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
