Debbie Halls-Evans appearing on The Taste
HORWICH chef Debbie Halls-Evans has made it to the semi-final of reality cookery show The Taste.
Mrs Halls-Evans, who lives in Blackrod, will now fight it out with four other contestants to make the final of Nigella Lawson's Channel 4 contest.
Ex-finance analyst and food blogger Guan Chua was booted off on Tuesday night’s episode, which featured Fergus Henderson as guest chef.
Along with Nigella, the judges and mentors are American chef and food writer Anthony Bourdain and French chef Ludo Lefebvre.
The Taste is on Channel 4 at 9pm on Tuesday.
