AN “intimidating and violent” man who exposed himself to his former partner on the day he was released from jail has been sent back to prison.
Daniel Wynne, aged 30, of Tonge Moor Road, had previously pleaded guilty to twice breaching a restraining order by going to the homes of his ex-girlfriend and her mother.
He also admitted exposing himself while at the mother’s house.
On the day he was released he had drunk up to five pints of beer before turning up at his ex-girlfriend’s house, where she lived with their young son.
He followed her to her mother’s home, where he made a “throat-slitting” gesture, before exposing himself.
At Bolton Crown Court, Judge Peter Davies sentenced Wynne to 16 months in prison and re-ordered the restraining order for 10 years.
