TV dating show host Paddy McGuinness has shared his top tips for the perfect fling this spring.

The Bolton comedian and TV presenter has teamed up with Cadbury Creme Egg to create a fun and flirty guide — A Fling in Spring, featuring cracking one liners and chat-up lines.

Some of his tips include:

  • Take your date out, maybe to the cinema
  • Meet your date at the door
  • Spruce yourself up

Paddy, aged 40, who hosts ITV’s Take Me Out, said: “A fling is that short and intense period of time where you can just have a bit of fun and enjoy yourself.

“That’s why I’ve been working with Cadbury Creme Egg to create this manual because the season is so short that you just have to make the most of it.”

Through a series of pictures, one liners and top tips, Paddy’s manual showcases the most successful ways to have a fling with a Cadbury Creme Egg this Easter, available until April 20.

His tips include what to wear on a date, being courteous, where to go and immortalising your fling.
