STAN, Rossendale Council’s travelling customer services vehicle, will be parked at Whitworth Civic Centre on Wednesday, April 9, from 9.30am to 12.30pm, and opposite Wallbank Stores in Whitworth from 1.30pm to 4pm on the same day.
