A GREAT Lever man was found with a craft knife and drugs in Blackpool town centre.
Lee Livesey, aged 46, of Bradford Road, had denied having a blade in public and possessing the class C drug heroin blocker Subutex but was found guilty after a trial.
He was bailed for sentence at Preston Crown Court on June 4 by District Judge David Scanlon sitting at Blackpool Magistrates Court, who ordered him to live at his given address as a condition of his bail.
The judge was told that on August 26 Livesey had the craft knife in the resort’s Queen Street and when searched the Subutex was found on him.
Mitch Sarangi, defending, said Livesey was already on a suspended prison sentence from the crown court.
