THOUSANDS of pounds will be clawed back from a drug dealer.
Warren Keigher, aged 33, who is serving a two-year jail term, will have to repay some of his ill-gotten gains — of face an extra month in prison.
Keigher, of Suthers Street, Radcliffe, was jailed at Bolton Crown Court in February after admitting possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply and possessing a knuckle duster that contained a Taser. The Taser contained 950,000 volts — police Tasers have 50,000.
Police raided his family home in Radcliffe on August 21 last year and found snap bags of cocaine and small cannabis plants.
A proceeds of crime investigation discovered he made £38,995 from his crimes.
At Bolton Crown Court yesterday Keigher was ordered to repay the criminal earnings still available.
Recorder Taylor ordered the defendant to pay £7,092, which included money from bank accounts and £390 seized when he was arrested.
He will also have to hand over an old BMW X5 vehicle.
Keigher was given three months to pay the funds or face an extra month behind bars.
