  • "Correct me if im wrong but the war finished in 1945 (69 years ago) when this country needed migrant workers it is now 2014 and the country has 2.5m unemployed and another 2m plus on the sick so why do we need migrant workers apart from possibly in specialist jobs? For every £ the east europeans in the last 10 years made the country i would guess they sent 2 back to their homeland......absolu

EACH week police appeal for readers’ help tracing suspects wanted by the police.

Monika Lakatosova, aged 33, is wanted after a warrant was issued at Bolton Magistrates Court on October 1 last year when she failed to appear at Bolton Magistrates Court for theft.

Police said she has links to Great Lever.

Suspected burglar Shaughan Boardman, aged 26, is being hunted by police in connection with a break-in in March. He has links to Tonge Moor, officers said.

A warrant was issued for Paul Baldwin, aged 25, after he failed to appear at Bolton Magistrates Court on April 14 for assault.

Police said he has links to Bolton town centre and Tonge Moor.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
