Bolton Magistrates' Court
A MAN has been charged with raping a woman in Bolton on New Year’s Eve.
Billy Wallace, aged 44, of Chorley Old Road, Bolton, appeared before magistrates accused of raping a woman over the age of 16 on December 31, 2013.
He did not enter a plea and the case has been passed to Bolton Crown Court where Wallace is due to appear on May 30.
