A SIX-year-old girl had to be rescued by firefighters after trapping her foot behind a radiator.

The girl, from Gibbon Street, Bolton, had been playing by the radiator when she got her foot stuck, at around 11.30am on Saturday morning.

She did not suffer any injuries but was distressed.

Firefighters removed her foot from behind the radiator within 10 minutes.
