Here is what the leaders of the five main political parties in Bolton are promising voters:
- Labour: Leader of Bolton Council, Cllr Cliff Morris
- Conservatives: Cllr David Greenhalgh
- Liberal Democrats: Cllr Roger Hayes
- UKIP: branch chairman Joan Johnson
- Green Party: chairman Alan Johnson
