A TEENAGER from Liverpool who has been missing for 13 days has links to Bolton, police said.

Police are concerned for the safety of Demi Dewsbury, aged 16, who was last seen at her home in Allerton, south Liverpool on May 16.

She was going to hairdressing college in the city centre and police think she made it to college but failed to return home afterwards.

Demi is described as white, five feet, four inches tall and of slim build.

Her natural hair colour is dark brown which she wears in a short bob, however she is known to wear awig which is long, dark brown and crimped in style, with blonde tips.

She also has a noticeable turn in her right eye and wears thick make-up, particularly around her eyes, which are blue.

Demi was wearing a white work tunic with the words 'Michael John' on it, three-quarter-length sleeves, shiny black leggings and she was carrying a small black handbag.

She has links with the Allerton and Toxteth areas of Liverpool, as well as Bolton, Brixton in south London, Kent and Birmingham.

Officers would urge Demi or anyone who may have seen her to call PC Jane Cunliffe on 0151 777 5337, Merseyside Police on 101 or Missing People charity on 116 000.
