A FARNWORTH man who starved a dog so badly it had to be put down has appeared in court again for criminal damage.
At Bolton Magistrates Court David Lowe, aged 34, of Edward Street, pleaded guilty to damaging a woman’s window on May 17.
He was sentenced to a conditional discharge for 12 months and a restraining order was made banning him from going to Ulleswater Drive, Farnworth.
Lowe was given a suspended jail sentence and ordered to pay £1,080 costs last Thursday when the RSPCA prosecuted him for cruelty to a luncher named Fly.
