A GREAT Lever man has been charged with a raft of historic child sex offences.
Richard Horner, aged 52, of Langford Gardens, appeared before magistrates accused of 28 child sex offences, which all allegedly took place between 1984 and 1998.
The offences include four rape charges, 11 counts of commiting acts of gross indecency and 13 indecent assaults.
All the victims were girls aged under 16.
Horner will next appear at Bolton Crown Court on June 27, and he has been remanded on bail until then.
