HUNDREDS of people descended on Bolton's Victoria Hall to enjoy a spectacular showcase hosted by the staff, tutors and students of Booth’s Music.

The event demonstrated the talents of musicians as young as five years old.

With a programme of acts lasting around two hours, the audience was treated to pianists, vocal soloists, rock bands and a string ensemble, among many other varied performances.

The free entry concert was also to raise funds so that Booths can buy a mobile outdoor stage so events can be held next to the shop in Churchgate.

So far they have raised more than £500.
