REPAIRS: The roof of Victoria Hall in Bolton
WORK to repair the tower at the historic Victoria Hall is almost complete.
Last year church group The Bolton Methodist Mission, with the help of its 102 members and a generous donor, raised £24,000 which was added to a grant from the English Heritage for the building's much needed tower repairs.
Scaffolding went up in September last year and work started in October.
