STAFF at upmarket property group Savills will share a bonus of £125 million after the group posted a profits rise of nearly a third to £75 million.

The bonus pool will be shared between 4,000 Savills staff, with some receiving in excess of £1 million each.

Savills, which has offices across the UK, said its better-than-expected profits were largely driven by the recent bumper round of City bonuses, which boosted the average price paid for a house in central London by 10 per cent to £1.45 million.

Savills make £75M profitt and take £125M staff bonus. Are these figures right. Or are estate agents up to there usual tricks.

What has this story got to do with Bolton? There isn't a Savills branch anywhere near here.
