A CASE in which a 22-year-old man is alleged to have taken four eggs
from the nest of a peregrine falcon near Moniaive, Dumfriesshire, has
been continued without plea for three weeks at Dumfries Sheriff Court.
Mr Steven Morrison, of Academy Street, Ayr, is accused of contravening
the Wildlife and Countryside Act in April last year.
