* SAGEBRUSH Roller is the best bet of the day to land the Tote
Festival Handicap at Ascot. He has been shaping well over six furlongs,
staying on strongly when beaten just over three lengths when eighth
behind How's Yer Father in a tough York handicap, and these days he
shapes as though a fast run seven furlongs will bring out the best in
him.
Obviously dangers abound, notably En Attendant, Storm Canyon, Penny
Drops, and Hob Green, but Sagebrush Roller is well weighted and provides
excellent each-way betting value.
