WHEN a group of Glasgow pupils decided to brighten up their East End school's play-ground they made a colourful splash.
The children at Wellshot Primary let their imaginations soar and produced a 65ft mural, with rainbow, Noah's Ark, a cycling girl and trees.
The painting has drawn admiring comments from locals and was created with the sup-port of the With Kids project, an early intervention service for vulnerable children, young people and families in the area.
School janitor Peter Cunning-ham said: "Local people have said it was good to see the kids involved in doing something constructive in the community."
With Kids Team Leader, David Gray, added: "Children were given an opportunity to contribute their design ideas and we incorporated them into our finished design."
The With Kids project has staff in primary schools and pre-school groups in the East End to provide opportunities for play therapy and other one-to-one support activities.
