Delays on the M61 after two car crash
TRAFFIC is backing up on the M61 after a crash involving two cars.
The incident, which happened at about 3.30pm between junction 1 and 2 of the M61 northbound, involved a Volkswagen Polo and a Toyota and caused damage to both cars.
Three of the four lanes were closed, but all lanes have now been re-opened.
