TWO Co-operative pharmacies in Bolton are being relaunched under the a name: Well — following Bestway Group’s acquisition late last year.

The local pharmacies will begin adopting the Well signage over the next month.

In total, 780 former Co-operative pharmacies were bought by Bestway Group, which has pledged to spend £40 million a year over the next five years to provide personalised healthcare services and products.

The Well pharmacies based at Frederick Street, Farnworth, and High Street, Little Lever, aim to become part of the fabric of the local communities they serve and support.

Well is now searching for a local "unsung hero" to help celebrate the arrival of the pharmacies in Bolton.
