EMERGENCY services were called to yet another car crash at a Great Lever junction labelled "dangerous" by residents.
The accident happened at about 11.15pm yesterday in Fletcher Street.
A Volkswagen Golf and Peugeot 3008 were both written off after crashing at the road's junction with Lever Street.
Both cars had to be recovered, although the drivers both suffered only minor injuries. Nobody was arrested.
Residents have submitted a petition to Bolton Council calling for improved safety measures, such as traffic lights and double yellow lines, to be installed in the street.
