SUPERHEROES and heroines gathered for a sci-fi fair in Bolton.
Children came dressed as superheroes for the event at Mercure Last Drop Village Hotel, in Hospital Road, Bromley Cross, today.
Darth Vader, Spiderman and a number of Daleks and Stormtroopers entertained guests at the fair by signing autographs and posing for pictures.
Co-organiser, David Baber, of MSE Events, said: “It was fantastic, the fair was very well attended and it was great to see so many families and children there.
“The day tied in perfectly with Father’s Day and our dancing competitions and Darlic impersonating competition went really well with all the children taking home prizes.”
The next event will be at the Holiday Inn, in Higher Bridge Street, Bolton when the Bolton Official Comic Convention will take place from 11am to 5pm on November 5.
