MISSING: Ilyas Patel
A MAN has gone missing without his prescribed medication after being seen leaving hospital.
Ilyas Patel is known to frequent the Bridgeman Street area of Bolton, and has previously been found at Manchester Airport after going missing.
He was last seen leaving North Manchester General Hospital on June 22.
The 40-year-old is described as vulnerable because he appears to have gone missing without his medication.
Mr Patel is not assessed to be dangerous and there are no immediate public safety concerns.
