A SERIES of free roadshows offering advice on people's health and well-being kicked off in Radcliffe last week.
The Six Town Housing BREAD (Budgeting, Rent, Energy, Advice and Debt) event took place on Red Bank Field last Tuesday (July 21), with experts on hand to speak to local residents on a range of lifestyle topics.
Dorothy Wood, chairman of Abbey Close Tenants and Residents Association (TRA), said: "The event was full of people and their children having fun and getting information. My volunteers loved it. We like getting involved and meeting people. That's what our TRA is all about."
The roadshow, which also included children's entertainment and sporting activities provided by 'I Will If You Will' coaches, will visit five other locations across the borough this summer.
