A BOLTON firm has revealed expansion plans to move from its existing base to a new two-acre business park it bought for a seven figure sum.

Bolton-based KBS Corporate, which specialises in helping owner-managed businesses sell their companies to UK, international and institutional buyers, has purchased Springfield Court in Summerfield Road.

The project is set to be completed by March next year.

The firm, which is currently based in Navigation Park, in Waters Meeting Road, will also provide a base for a business incubator to help high growth companies in Bolton at its new site.

The business park has five buildings with a total of 51,000 sq ft of office space, and companies already based on the park include tax advisers, OneE Group, British Red Cross, ICT supplier IDNS and Child Action Northwest.

Also based on the park is comparison company, Love Energy Savings,which recently revealed plans to expand its workforce from 70 to more than 150.

KBS Corporate is investing more than £1 million in refitting the offices, which will include a gym, coffee shop and restaurant.

It will also feature a business centre to provide office space for up to 10 young, high growth enterprises, and companies based there will be offered a range of services including mentoring from corporate finance experts to access to potential investors.
