Christmas presents stolen from car in Bolton
POLICE are warning residents to be vigilant — after Christmas presents were stolen from a car in Bolton.
On the Bolton North Facebook page, officers said there had been reports of attempted and successful thefts from cars in Bromley Cross and Astley Bridge.
They said: "If your vehicle has been rummaged through over night, even if it's left unlocked and nothing was taken, give us a bell on 101 and let us know.
"During a lot of visits recently across Bromley Cross and Astley Bridge, a lot of residents have come out asking if we are there for the vehicle crime.
"Four vehicles on one road were rummaged through, one of which had Christmas presents stolen from the back seat but no one reported it to us."
