POLICE have published pictures of war medals believed to have been stolen in a burglary in a bid to reunite the accolades with their owner.
The decorations are from the Second World War but officers are yet to trace the person to whom they belong.
They include:
- Yorks and Lancaster
- The Border Reg
- Royal Army Medical Corps
- The 1939-1945 Star
- The Defence medal
- The France and Germany Star
The appeal was posted on the Facebook page of GMP's Bolton North Integrated Neighbourhood Policing Team.
The below medals are possible outstanding stolen property. We have been unable to identify the owner, any assistance...
