Members of his family added: "Latham was a loving son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.

"He was always making people laugh.

“He loved his family holidays and we have just returned from a holiday to Pontins at New Year.

"We all miss him very much.

"He could be cheeky and silly sometimes but that made us all love him even more.

"He made us all laugh and when we got a glimpse of his sensitive side we could all see just how amazingly loving and caring he really was.”

Best friend Anand Patel, aged 19, who went to Bolton College with Latham who was studying Motor vehicles said he has so many happy memories of his friend.
