BOLTON cops are used to dealing with 'road hogs' but got called to deal with a fairly unique situation this morning.
Greater Manchester Police's Bolton North team put an amusing picture of an officer attempting to deal with what looked like an escaped pig on facebook this morning.
The inquisitive pig was found in Templecombe Drive.
Despite the officer's presence, the animal appears to be being 'pig ignorant.'
The force commented: "Something different every day! That’s why we joined! PC Lindsay dealing with a “road hog” on Templecombe Drive, Sharples."
Facebook commenters had some fun with the image as well.
Irvin Mehlman said: "Some jobs are so boaring!" and Margaret Oxford posted: "Hope it's chipped."
