STARS from soccer and the small screen are limbering up for this year's Soccer Aid celebrity football match.

Wanderers managers past and present are represented, with Sam Allardyce acting as assistant manager for the England team, who will face a Rest of the World side at Old Trafford on Sunday, led by Premier League winning boss Claudio Ranieri.

Peter Reid, who is currently a part of Wanderers' coaching staff and a rumoured permanent successor to Neil Lennon is also involved, with Bolton celebrities Paddy McGuinness and Danny Jones getting match fit to play and proudly wear three lions on their shirt.

The annual extravaganza, which is now in its tenth year, raises money for Unicef and its work to help underprivileged children around the world.

Other celebrities to be playing for the England team include pop stars Olly Murs and Louis Tomlinson, and comedians John Bishop and Jack Whitehall.

Stars to feature in the Rest of the World team include actor Michael Sheen, chef Gordon Ramsay and former jockey Sir AP McCoy.
