A HORWICH pub building could be converted into three new flats, if plans are approved.
Developer PJ Services Ltd wants to transform the former Queen's Head pub in Lee Lane into new apartments.
The pub has not traded for about 12 months and has now been forced to close for good.
The application suggests that the flats will be built within the same building structure if the developer gets an approval for a change of use.
The plans will now be analysed by council planning officers.
