The biggest food and drink festival in the North West is back in 2016 and, once again, it’s better than ever before!
From Friday to Bank Holiday Monday, the town will come alive with sights and smells from around the globe for the 11th Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
Festival at a glance - Bank Holiday Monday
MONDAY is the last day, but don’t panic there will still be loads to see and do before it’s all over for another year!
Bringing the festival to a close is festival favourite James Martin.
With three cookery demonstrations, each with ‘Chef’s Table’ seating available, it’s a great opportunity to get up close and personal with one of the nation’s favourite chefs.
Chef's Table – James’ demonstrations are the stuff of legend when he cooks at least three dishes at each session, so book quickly to avoid disappointment as this is one of the hottest shows around and is sure to prove very popular!
And this year, for the first time, there will be premier seating offered for 48 lucky audience members at the special Chef's Table.
If you book these seats you'll not only be right next to the action you'll also get a free signed book or Apron.
Why not treat yourself and get up close to James Martin?
