No trains between Bolton and Blackburn due to signalling problems
TRAIN services between Bolton and Blackburn have been restored, after signalling problems earlier this morning.
Northern Rail reported this morning that all lines were blocked between the two stations, but the problem was resolved at around 10.30am.
Trains are now running normally between Bolton and #Blackburn following a signalling problem between these stations
