MOTORISTS are facing rush-hour delays after a car crash in Bolton.
Police said a silver Audi collided with a white BMW on the southbound St Peter's Way where Kay Street meets Turton Street and Topp Way at 4.15pm.
The crash took place in the outside lane and the vehicles were blocking the lane until about 5pm, causing a backlog.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the crash as a precaution.
Police said drivers of both vehicles were not badly hurt and were talking to emergency services, and to each other, soon after the crash.
