AN EIGHT-YEAR-OLD youngster was over the moon to meet Britain’s Got Talent finalists Boogie Storm.

Adam Whitehouse, from Chorley Old Road, Smithills, met the dancing storm troopers at The Mall Blackburn.

The meet and greet was part of the town’s Christmas light switch on, on November 26.

Young Adam, who was shopping with his mum Michelle and came specially dressed as Darth Vader for the occasion, was one of the first in the queue to meet the dancing act.

Mrs Whitehouse said: “Adam absolutely loves Boogie Storm and as soon as we found out they would be here I knew I had to bring him.

“It was well worth the trip from Bolton and we have had a fantastic time!”

Laura Diffey, Marketing Manager at The Mall Blackburn, said: “The whole town came alive on Saturday and there really was something for everyone to enjoy.

“I am delighted that little Adam was able to meet Boogie Storm, he looked so happy when he was talking to them!

“Everyone here at The Mall is looking forward to a fabulous festive season with a magical grotto, late night shopping, charity gift-wrapping and a county-wide present appeal all on offer throughout December!”
