A FIRE and police investigation is under way after a flat fire.
Fire crews were called to Leaside Grove, Walkden, just after 6pm on Sunday.
Three neighbours had evacuated their flats as firefighters arrived.
Watch Manager Carl Haslam said: “The fire is being treated as suspicious. Nobody was in the flat at that time.”
Firefighters tackled the blaze within 30 minutes. The flat was badly damaged in the blaze.
