BOLTON’S first escape rooms game venue is set to invite people in to a world of mind-bending mystery next week.

The No Exit site will open its doors — before swiftly locking them behind participants — on Tuesday.

The venue is already taking online bookings from customers who are keen to test their problem solving and teamwork skills in one of four differently themed escape rooms.

Once inside, groups will have to work together to solve clues and decipher codes in a bid to make their way out of the room within the allotted 60 minutes.

The new site is launching in Bark Street in Bolton town centre with a special deal for new customers.

Eager players will be able to take advantage a 50 per cent three-day opening offer for games scheduled between Tues January 10 and Thurs January 12 – with further details available on the company’s Facebook page.

A spokesman for No Exit said: “We have had a fantastic and busy few weeks training staff and hosting test games with family and friends as well as involving volunteers from Bolton’s local charity, Hope 4 Homeless and British Heart Foundation staff. Test games were very successful and the team are looking forward to hosting players at No Exit.

“There has been a very positive response with No Exit coming to Bolton.

“It has generated interest as far away as Italy for a planned business visit in the coming months.”

He added: “No Exit provides a different entertainment experience for the people of Bolton and the surrounding areas. This is a fun and exciting game for all - families, friends, students – and is fantastic for corporate team building events.

“Teams of two to five people will be locked in a room for 60 minutes and and they must find clues, solve puzzles and break codes in order to escape.

“This is a challenging but fun game that requires team effort, communication and most of all provides an enjoyable experience”
