SCENE: The fire occured at a building in Haslam Street
A ROOFER using a blow lamp accidentally caused a fire.
The workman was felting a flat roof at a new build property in Haslam Street, Bolton, and set alight to cavity wall insulation with the flame.
Firefighters from Bolton Central Fire Station attended to extinguish the blaze at 3pm on Tuesday.
The roofer was unhurt.
