MORE parents have come forward to speak of their devastation after compromising pictures of their daughters appeared on a website — and frustration that pictures still remain on the site.

They have told The Bolton News that not all the pictures of the girls at Rivington and Blackrod High School have been removed from the website.

Parents have now set up a support group to offer and help and comfort to others who have been affected.

Devastated parents found out last week that pictures of girls at Rivington and Blackrod High School taken without their knowledge had appeared on the internet.

Some pictures were taken up the girls' skirts.

Now parents have expressed fears that not all the pictures have been removed and hope the support group can help them deal with the trauma and help them get the answer they so desperately want.

Since The Bolton News broke the story early this week, more parents have come forward to speak of their upset and anger, with some spending the weekend in tears.

One parent said: "Everything is coming out in drib and drabs, we are finding out through friends what has happened.

"I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have my friend to speak to.

"The support group is for any parent who has been affected and we can work together to get answers, seek professional help for us and our children.

"There will parents feeling isolated.

"Pictures of girls are still up and I just feel sickened, annoyed and frustrated. A lot of pictures have been taken down but some are still up."

Another parent added: "There are pictures of girls' faces on the website, they can be identified.

"Since this happened my daughter has been quiet, which is unlike her."

Another added:" It is awful, you don't know if the pictures have been shared, and where they are on the internet.

"The police have been helpful, they are taking it seriously."
