A ROAD in Blackrod will be closed for around nine days.
Workers will be resurfacing Hill Lane between Chorley Road and Ainse Road for approximately two weeks.
But the road will have to be closed from Monday to Wednesday, May 3.
Diversions will be in place during the closure but access to properties will be maintained,
Residents living nearby have been encouraged to keep the road clear throughout the day.
