A TOP boutique construction company is offering a community group a makeover up to the value of £25,000.

Bolton building specialist Artez is launching a campaign to reward a community group with a much needed refurbishment

And The Bolton News has joined forces with Artez to help make a dream come true.

Artez is an award-winning construction company, specialising in boutique build and fit-out projects. The company’s experienced team has worked on the likes of Bolton’s The Market Place’s extensive regeneration, Stubbs Mill in Manchester and the Bunker Building in Liverpool.

But now founder and MD Mike Banton wants to put something back into the town where he was born.

He said: “Over the years we’ve seen Bolton flourish and through our relationship with The Market Place our affinity to the town has grown too. We’re very proud of our roots and want to give something back to the community that has supported us.

“We want to find Bolton’s most deserving cause – whether it’s a school club in need of some inspirational space or a charity whose offices are in dire need of a lick of paint and some Artez magic – giving them something that will make a real difference!”

The refurbishment is up to the value of £25,000 and is launched today.

Any local charitable organisation, community group or school which has a building in need of some tender loving care can apply.

To enter all you need to do is send a completed entry form, available to download from www.artezgroup.co.uk/building-a-better-bolton, with a photo of the building project you want to submit to artez@peppermintsoda.co.uk or FAO Jade Pacheco, 26 Park Rd, Hale, Altrincham WA15 9NN.
