AN MP took on the London Marathon to raise money for Bolton Hospice.
Chris Green, MP for Bolton West, took on the 26 mile challenge on Sunday and completed the course in just under four hours and 17 minutes.
He was raising money for Bolton Hospice and his JustGiving page now has donations of more than £700.
It was the third marathon he had taken part in and he has also ran in the Bolton Half Marathon in the past.
Mr Green said he was ‘delighted’ to have finished the marathon.
