Paul Foulkes, aged 44, is wanted for failing to appear in court regarding an offence of theft. He has links to Johnson Fold and Halliwell.
Natalie Smith, aged 32, is wanted for failing to appear at court regarding an offence of theft. She has links to the Halliwell and Horwich areas.
Ryan Marsh, aged 27, is wanted on warrant for breaching a previously imposed court order. He is known to have links to Farnworth.
Lee Kay, aged 28, is wanted for breaching his bail conditions for theft matters. He is known to have links to the Deane and Horwich areas.
