WOULD-BE entrepreneurs with a bright business idea could get a helping hand taking their project to the next stage.
The Big Local Partnership is offering grants to help people living in Tonge Moor and The Haulgh get their businesses off the ground.
And it is also offering personal development grants to help people in the area to reach their potential, retrain, or fund an opportunity they would not otherwise get the chance to try.
A Big Local partnership is run by non-profit organisation Local Trust, whose mission is to enable people to make their communities better places to live in.
The partnership is a group of at least eight people, the majority of whom live in the area it serves.
