TRAVELLERS who pitched up on a playing field just a week after a group was evicted from the site have been ordered to leave.
Permission for a court order requiring the camp of about 15 caravans to leave Hulton Lane playing fields, in Daubhill, was granted at Bolton Magistrates Court this morning.
The order comes into effect immediately.
A direction to leave the site within 24 hours was served to each caravan by hand on Monday, but not complied with.
Summonses were served in relation to the application for a court order yesterday.

The group was not represented in court when the matter was dealt with.
Travellers had parked up on the site earlier this month but following an order left the fields overnight between July 6 and 7.
