A BUNGALOW could be demolished and replaced with a new luxury six-bedroom house.
Plans have been submitted to Bolton Council to tear down the detached house in Chorley New Road, Lostock, and replace it with a much larger property.
A statement submitted to the council from Good and Tillotson architects said that the existing house, near Princess Road, currently looks ‘out of place in a street scene comprising much larger dwellings’.
