Driver stopped for using his phone...ends up not having insurance
A DRIVER was reported and his car was seized after he was stopped while talking on his mobile phone.
Police pulled over the driver in Rishton Lane, Great Lever, on Monday.
Officers stopped him for being on his phone but further checks revealed he also had no insurance.
The car was seized and the driver was reported.
